Services

The Treatment During the initial session I take a  health history and discuss current concerns.  I then invite the client to lay fully clothed on a therapy table, or alternatively sit on a chair. Small children may prefer to play on the floor.  My approach is to be  deeply present with a client and invite the client’s body to tell the story of what it needs  to help it restore optimal functioning at all levels. I do this by creating a therapeutic field with the client and using a gentle yet powerful touch, I deeply listen and validate a persons experiences allowing deep processing to occur.  Contact Common areas of the body  that I make contact with are at the feet, sacrum and head. Importantly BCST does not involve any force or  physical manipulation. During the session I encourage the client to bring a gentle awareness to what they notice in their body, helping them to develop a deeper connection to their physical self.
